DRYDOCK REPAIRS
We provide a full range of dry-dock services, our services include: machinery repair and installation, hydraulic systems repairs, structural steel fabrication and welding, inside machine shop services, pipefitting and pipe welding, tank inspection, testing, cleaning & preservation, sheet metal fabrication and installation, underwater hull repair and preservation.
Dockside Services
We provide a full range of dockside repairs that includes services similar in scope to our drydock repair services minus the underwater options.
UHP WATER BLASTING
We provide a full range of High and Ultra High Pressure (UHP) Water Jetting (also known as Hydroblasting) services. We operate a sizable fleet of jetting units. Our pumps operate at pressure ranges between 40,000psi and 50,000psi. Additionally, we have a hydro cat system and vacuum units in our inventory.
Fabrication & Welding
We provide a full range of fabrication and welding services. Our highly trained and experience welders and pipefitters are ABS Certified and are skilled in pipe and structural repairs with steel and aluminum. Our teams can repair, replace or manufacture any and all of your needs.
MARINE MECHANICAL SERVICES
We have a fully equipped machine shop providing a wide range of mechanical services. These services include shafting and alignment, engine and generator replacement, cooling systems, exhaust systems, reduction gears, bearings, winches, windlasses, and deck equipment.
Sandblasting Services
We offer our expert sandblasting services for applications including but not limited to: decks, superstructures, fuel tanks, bilge tanks, ballast tanks, potable water tanks, and voids. Our services include blasting with various kinds of blast media including, walnut shells, glass bead, steel shot, aluminum oxide, and black beaty.
Marine Painting
We are a highly qualified marine painting company with AMPP certified inspectors and over 20 years of experience in the industry, trained to know exactly what coating application is needed for every job. Our company is AMPP QP-1 Certified and we meet the highest standards of training and experience for our annual certification through the AMPP (Association for Materials Protection and Performance).
